Shipping & Delivery
Your order can be shipped free of charge to your association's stadium (for Partner Associations) or to your door (for a minimal flat rate).
Goods are not shipped until invoiced amount for the order is paid in full.
For Partner Associations, Hoop2Hoop delivers once a week to your associations Stadium.
For advice on collecting your order please contact the stadium. Orders arrive at the Stadium no later than Friday each week.
The cut off time to for all orders that will be included in the weekly shipment is Monday at 5pm each week.

When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you a refund, exchange or repair option to obtain another item. Please note, the original purchase receipt must be included with your submission Returned or exchanged items must be retuirned to the point of purchase or to CIM Store (address below) within 7 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in their original state and have not been worn or laundered. All identifying labels and price tags must be in place, and the product in original condition. If the item is considered faulty please return the item with a note outlining the problem. The warehouse will seek advice from the manufacturer as to the appropriate course of action to be taken - i.e. refund, exchange , or repair. Alternatively you can email a photo of the faulty item to sales@hoop2hoop.com.au and you will be advised whether the goods should be returned for further inspection or replacement within 2 working days. To exchange an item, please download an exchange form by clicking here . Please include both the Exchange Request Form and your original invoice when submitting your item(s) for return. Please note, items not accompanied by the Exchange Request Form and your original invoice will not be accepted. Should a refund be requested, upon receipt of returned item(s) in good condition, a refund will be credited your nominated bank account. Please provide your bank details including BSB and Account details. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return/exchange request.
