Hoop2Hoop takes your online safety seriously. We implement all the latest security practices and always encrypt your personal information. We never store your credit card numbers.
- What sort of products do you carry?
Hoop2Hoop offers one of the best basketball product selections online and offline. We add new products on a regular bases so our selection is always fresh and up to date.
- What are the benefits of signing up for an account?
Signing up for a Hoop2Hoop online account will offer you benefits such as Account Information, Order Status and Order tracking. You can also opt in to receive updates and special offers via email from Hoop2Hoop.
- What is your shipping and returns policies?
We ship products to our Partner Associations and Clubs for free. For all other orders, we ship all over Australia with a minimal flat rate.

- How do I sign up for an account?
Creating a Hoop2Hoop account is required to be able to shop online. To create your account please click here.
- I forgot my password. What can I do?
No need to worry! Retrieving your password is easy! Just click here, enter your email address and you'll get your password via email in a matter of minutes.
MVP Program
- What is the MVP Program?
The MVP Membership and Rewards Program is our way of rewarding our loyal customers and members of our Hoop2Hoop Partner Clubs and Associations. All of our Partner Clubs and Associations will receive free MVP Membership and will be able to collect MVP Points after every purchase from the network of Hoop2Hoop Partner Clubs and Associations online stores. - How can I get an MVP Card?
Members of H2H Partner Clubs and Associations can collect a free MVP Member's Card from their Club Merchandise Coordinator or by emailing sales@hoop2hoop.com.au. We will also send out free MVP Member's Cards to loyal Hoop2Hoop customers who place multiple orders on any of our Hoop2Hoop online stores.
- How do I activate my MVP Card?
Once you have your Member's Card all you need to do is activate it and link it to your Hoop2Hoop account. Activating is easy! Simply navigate to the MVP Card Activation page, enter the numbers on your card and you're ready to go!.
- How do I earn MVP Points?
After you activate your card, you can start earning MVP Points for every product you buy from any of the Hoop2Hoop Network's websites. Every product you purchase will earn you valuable MVP Points. To find out how many points you will earn for a product, simply click on it to view the Product Details Page.
- How do I spend my MVP Points?
If you've earned some MVP Points you can convert all or part of them to a Hoop2Hoop Discount Coupon. You can do this at any time (you'll need to have earned at least 10 points). To do so, navigate to the MVP Point Conversion page and enter the number of points you'd like to convert to a Discount Coupon. The website will automatically tell you the value of the Discount Coupon that you'll receive - as you type. When you're ready - simply click on Convert and you'll be presented with a Coupon Code, that you can later use at Checkout to receive your discount! One thing to keep in mind though. You can only use these coupons on MVP Redeemable Products. Look for the MVP Redeemable label throughout the product range across the entire network of Hoop2Hoop online stores. More exciting and rewarding benefits for MVP Members are added regularly so keep coming back to our stores to see what’s new!
Orders
- How do I place an order?
To place an order on our website, simply browse through our selection of products (or use the search bar at the top of every page) and add items you like to your cart. Once you're ready to chekcout - click on the Checkout link on the upper right hand corner of the page. This will take you to your cart so you can review everything you've added. Once you're happy with the contents of your cart simply click on the big orange Checkout button. The website will ask you to fill in your shipping and billing information, after whcih you will be asked to pay for your order. You can pay either by direct deposit or by credit card. Credit cards are usually easier and are processed intantly - which means your order will be shipped sooner! If you need someone from our customer service to step you through your first order, don't hesitate to contact us.
- How can I track an order?
Once you've placed an order with us, you can always track the progress of that order from the My Account section. To go to your My Account section, simply click on the My Account link on the upper right hand order of your screen.
- When will my order be shipped?
Once we've received full payment, your order will be shipped the following Wednesday/Thursday . For urgent orders consider paying by credit card - as credit card payments are processed instantly.
Delivery will take apporximately 1-3 business days.
