The most effective way to determine your half waist measurement is to measure a similar garment that you already own and that fits you well. Lie it down flat & measure the relaxed waist from one side to the other.
To determine your overal length measurement, lay your existing garment on a smooth surface in front of you and measure from the side edge of the waist band to bottom outside edge of the shorts hem. Use the measurements to compare to the Hoop2Hoop size chart to find your appropriate size
