Is 4 weeks the quickest you can deliver?
We can deliver much sooner in an emergency provided we have an existing mould – tell us what you need and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How does “Earlybird” ordering work?
We set a “orders close” date twice per year – usually 1st April for delivery by end of July and 1st October for delivery by end of January. We combine all of our orders in one production and ship by sea from our factory in China – passing the savings on to you.

What if I order for a full year and we have more teams or fewer teams later in the year?
Our pricing is structured so you will never have too many or not enough. Most clubs and associations have a very good idea early in the year how many medallions they will need and what will be engraved. It’s the last minute changes that cause all the concerns. So we suggest that you order a few extra medallions without any engraving and then if you have an emergency you can ask a local engraver to add the engraving to those few medallions just before the finals. The additional cost of engraving a few medallions on the odd occasion is very little compared to the savings of ordering the known quantity medallions in advance.

How much surcharge if we need less than 300 medallions for a year?
Hoop2Hoop has a long history of helping smaller and new clubs and Associations get started. You would just need to pay for the mold charges in advance – usually around $300. The price of the medallion will be about 20% higher depending on the complexity of your design but you still get all the benefits of a customized medallion design and engraving plus your own custom design lanyard.

What does it cost to create a design and can I design my own?
Before we start designing we need to charge a $50 design fee which will be refunded if the order proceeds.
There a few intricate design restrictions when it comes to making the mould and our design team have lots of experience to help you through these if you prefer to design your own medallion and lanyard. The sample we send to you will show what restrictions need to be understood.

We will send you an Excel order sheet for you to complete that shows all the engraving details and design details. It is most important that you carefully check spelling and all details are correct on this sheet.

We will send you a final proof of the design and all the engraving for final checking before we start production. Once you have approved these we will begin production and no further changes can me made. We will then send you photos of the finished sample before we begin bulk production.

We will require a 50% deposit with the order and the balance is to be paid once the medallions arrive into our warehouse from our factory.
